Nearly 10 years ago, a friend told me I should check out David Ryan Harris. I'm glad I did as I became an instant fan of his music. The unfortunate part is, for the last (nearly) a decade, he has not released any new albums. That recently changed with his new album Lightyears. My initial reaction when listening to this was - WOW! Harris' influences (Stevie Wonder, Prince, Paul McCartney) shine through on this new release. As you take this musical journey, you will hear a blend of Folk, R&B and Blues.
